In the section “Loading aids” (LHM) you will find information about “Storage bins” and their contents. Here, “loading aids”, such as cartons or pallets, can be managed, created and their positions viewed. You also have the option of displaying packages that have already been packed but have not yet left the warehouse.

Via “Master data- > Warehouse master data” you reach a list with all available warehouses.

Now click on the “name” of a warehouse to go to the individual view of this warehouse.

If necessary, limit the displayed “warehouses” with the filter function.

Now click on the “Packages” tab to be redirected to the “Package” mask.

There you will receive a list of all packages in stock that are ready for shipment.

To display loading aids such as cartons or pallets, switch to the Loading aids tab. Now select the “Type of parking space” and then click on “Show”.

You will now see a list of all available “loading aids”. You now see a list of all available “storage bins”.

Click on the tile symbol in the “Actions” column to go to the individual view of a “storage location”.

Under “Parking space content” you can see which products are on the “Storage parking space”.

Under “Stock movement” you can view all former contents of this storage location.

Here, too, you can use the “Filter” menu on the left to restrict the results displayed. You can also search the list for the “SKU” or a product “name” or specify the period of storage.

Via “Reports- > stock movements” you can view all “stock movements”.

Restrict the results displayed using the “Search” or “Filter” buttons.

To restrict the entries by date, select the “Date” checkbox and enter a period behind it.

To search for entries by “SKU”, “Name” or “Additional Info”, enter your search text, select one of the three search criteria and then click on “Search”.

To restrict the list using “Filters”, expand the respective tab and mark the criteria to be displayed with a check mark.

If your “Filter” or “Search” criteria are not displayed correctly, click on “Update” at the bottom left. You can also limit the number of entries per page.

Via “Reports- >stock mirror” you reach an overview of all stock objects.

Click on the “Metrics” tab to see a rough list of all stock items.

The remaining 5 tabs take you to lists for the respective category.

You can restrict the results displayed in the lists using the “Search” function or filters.

You can use the first two fields to restrict the list according to “Clients” and “Storage”.

You can use the middle field to reduce the displayed warehouse changes according to their “date”. Activate the checkbox to the left of the date field.

The last field allows a targeted search according to the criteria “SKU”, “Characteristics”, “Client order number” or “Run”. After entering your “search text” and selecting the search criterion, click on “Search”.

By clicking on one of the listed products, its data records can be viewed and also edited.

Via “Master data- > Warehouse master data” you reach a list with all available warehouses.

Positions are always linked to a specific warehouse, so first select a warehouse:

In the upper left corner you can use the “Filter” function to limit the number of “Warehouses” displayed.

In the “Actions” column there is a yellow button which you can use to edit the position of the respective warehouse.

You can use the “Filter” function at the top left to restrict the “stock items” displayed.

Click on “New” to create a new “Position” within the previously selected “Warehouse”.

The field “Position name” must be filled, the remaining fields may remain empty. The field “Barcode” will be filled automatically after saving and should therefore be left empty.

After you have modified a record, click “Edit” to save it.

Via “Master data- > Warehouse master data” you reach a list with all available warehouses.

You can use the “Filter” function to restrict the list displayed.

In the “Actions” column, behind each warehouse, there is a “Edit” button, which you can use to edit the data of a warehouse.

The field “Warehouse name” must be filled, the other fields may remain empty.

Via Master data- >Warehouse master data, you reach a list with all available warehouses.

In the “Actions” column there is a yellow button which you can use to edit the position of the respective warehouse.

You can use the “Filter” function at the top left to restrict the “stock items” displayed.

In the “Action” column, click the “Edit” button for a specific “Stock item” to be able to edit it.

The field “Position name” must be filled, the remaining fields may remain empty. The “Barcode” field cannot be overwritten.

After you have modified a record, click “Edit” to save it.

Via “Master data- >Warehouse master data” you reach the warehouse management.

New warehouses can be created with the “New” button.

All you have to do is enter a “warehouse name” in the field provided, the remaining fields may remain empty.

Finally, click on “Save” to create a new warehouse.
