Via “Warehouse management – >Pick overview” you can display lists with all created “Picklists”.

Process goods issue orders

Via “Warehouse Management – >Goods Issue Orders”, you reach a list with all “Goods Issue Orders”.

To edit an existing order, click on the “Edit” icon behind the order in the “Actions” column.

The fields “Client”, “Warehouse” and “Client order number” are required to be able to reserve “products” for an “Order” at all.

Remember that an order can only be assigned and processed properly if the delivery and address data has been entered.

The order is considered “incomplete” if no recipient and address data are specified and cannot then be processed. Fill in at least these marked fields:

After you have filled in the required fields, click on “Order Item”.

You will now be asked to add “products” of the previously selected “Client” to your order.

Search for the desired product using the text field. Possible search criteria are “SKU”, “Article name”, “Barcode”, “EAN”, “Size” and “Design number”.

All “products” of the “Client” are now displayed. Add a “product” to the delivery by entering the quantity in the “Auto” column and clicking on the green symbol behind the input field.

Alternatively, you can also reserve “products” in an order via the detailed view of a “product”. To do this, click on the blue circle symbol in the “Show details” column behind a “product”.

Here you can reserve the “product” automatically or on the basis of a “feature”.

Then enter the desired number of “products” to be reserved for the order.

With one click on “Add.” Item information, additional information such as an “order date” or a “unit price” can be added to the reservation.

Click on “Add” to reserve the “product” in the order and then on “Close” to return to your created order.

Click on “Save”.

You will now see a summary of your processed order.

Now you can also have a “picklist” created for your order.

To do this, click on the tab provided.

Now enter a responsible person and click on “Save”.

Process inventory orders

Via “Warehouse management – > inventory orders” you reach a list of all “inventory orders”.

By default, the “Inventory Orders” that are still in the design phase are displayed.

With the remaining tabs you reach the views of the “open”, “in booking”, “booked” and “cancelled” “inventory orders”.

Click on the “Edit” icon in the “Actions” column behind an “Inventory order” to be able to edit the respective entry.

To do this, select at least the relevant “Warehouse” and “Client”, the other fields are optional.

Finally click on “Save” to save the modified record.

edit production orders

Via “Warehouse Management – > production Orders” you reach a list with all current “production Orders”.

Click on the “Edit” icon behind a “production Order” to be able to edit it.

Now select a “warehouse” and enter a “client order number”. The remaining fields are optional.

You now have the option of saving the “empty” “production order”. Alternatively, you can add products to it by clicking on “Contents”.

Now click on “Add content”.

Use the “Search” to find the desired article.

You can differentiate between “SKU”, “article name”, “barcode”, “EAN”, “size” and “design number” in the “search”.

Use the “Filter” function on the left to limit the results displayed.

You can also read products from “Goods Issue Orders” to create “production Orders”. Click on “Add WA orders”.

Here you can use the “Filter” and “search” options. Additional search criteria are available here: “Client Order Number”, “Category”, “Run”, “Shipping Provider” and “Extra Info”.

Click on the desired order, and then on “Add Selection” to add the desired item to your production order.

Edit warehouse order

Via “Warehouse management – > delivery” you reach a list with all “delivery orders”.

In the “Actions” column, click the “Edit” icon behind the “Delivery Order” you want to edit.

First select a “client” and then enter the “delivery note number”.

Then click on “Save”.

You will now be prompted to enter the holding space number or to scan the barcode of the parking space. Confirm your entry.

Now you are asked to scan the barcode of the product or you enter the “article number” manually. Confirm your entry.

The field “Characteristics” is optional.

Finally, click on “Submit” to transfer the modified data record to the system.

Finally, click “Submit” to save the edited record.

Via “Warehouse Management – > Goods Receipt Orders” you reach a list in which all goods receipt orders can be viewed.

If your searched “goods receipt order” is not listed, check your filter settings on the left.

Click on the “Edit” button in the Actions column.

First, you must select the client for which the request is to be created.

Subsequently, an ETA (the expected delivery date) and the warehouse must be selected. The other fields are optional and can be filled as required (for example, client order number or customer number).

Products must then be added to the goods receipt order. products can be searched either by SKU, EAN, internal barcode, size, design or item name. A quantity must be stored for each item.




Edit shipping profiles

Via “Configuration- >Shipping profiles” existing shipping profiles can be edited.

Each line in the list represents a shipping profile.

In the Actions column, click the pencil icon behind a shipping profile to edit it.

All fields are optional, so you can also create an empty shipping profile.

Finally, click on “Save” to save your modified data record.

Via “Master data- >User administration” you reach a list in which all known users are listed.

If the list is too confusing, use the “Filter” to restrict the displayed results.

One “user” per line is always displayed. Click in a row to be able to edit the record for a “user”.

All fields are optional.

Note, however, that when editing an existing “User”, the “Email” field can be overwritten, but not deleted.

With the “Edit” button, the changed data record is saved.

Edit packaging material

Via “Configuration- > Packaging material” you get to a list with all available packaging materials.

In the “Actions” column, behind each packaging material, there is a “Edit” button, which you can use to edit the data of a packaging material.

Only the “Name” field must be filled in.

An existing packaging material can, apart from the “name”, be completely overwritten with empty data records.

Edit clients

Via “Master data- >Client master data” a list with all known clients is loaded.

In the client list, there is a “Edit” button in the “Actions” column. Here you can optionally store additional data for the respective client.

The field “Barcode” is filled automatically when creating a new client, but can be adjusted manually.
